E-Bikes & Bicycle Parking

E-Bike and Bicycle parking is available exclusively for Scotia Plaza tenants. Bike racks are available on a first come first serve basis. Car Care

Convenient tire pump stations are located in our parking garage and with Dove Auto Detailing located in 40 King Street West on Parking Level P1, customers can have their car washed or fully detailed while shopping, working or attending a sporting or theatre event. Childcare Services

Showers   Lockers

Tenant shower facilities are located on Parking Level 1 in 40 King Street West and are exclusively for Scotia Plaza tenants. To utilize the facilities, tenants must visit the Building Service Centre to register their access card. For more information call 416-947-7664 or email bsc@scotiaplaza.com

Corporate Concierge

Scotia Plaza’s Corporate Concierge, Neyba Costa is the first point of contact for tenants and visitors. Scotia Plaza tenants have exclusive access to priority reservations at restaurants and venues with premium seating for events and special VIP perks. E-Bike charging station

E-Bike charging station is available exclusively for Scotia Plaza tenants in the bike cage located on the Adelaide Street west parking entrance. Mobile Charging Stations

Our amenity includes 121 new stunning seats on the ground and concourse level combined, with multiple charging stations in those seating areas to provide maximum convenience and comfort.
