COMPLIMENTARY WELLNESS CLASSES

Join us each Tuesday & Thursday at noon for a complimentary wellness class! Each class will be 50 minutes and held both live and virtually. Live classes will be held on the concourse level and participants will need to meet at the concierge for 11:45am. This class will focus on strengthening your core muscles though a series of compound movements. The goal is to improve not only your core strength but your balance, foundation, mobility and endurance as well.

This movement session led by Lily Eslahjou delivers a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and mobility (functional range conditioning), that help release tension, achieve range of motion and strength. Lily has over two decades of experience, her classes will leave you feeling renewed inside and out. Sessions are suited to all levels.

MEDITATION & STRETCH

This class focuses on techniques for resting, relaxing and clearing the mind. Stretching reduces the risk of stress, strain and injury and allows for the flow of blood and oxygen into our muscles and brain.
PUPPY YOGA
MONDAY, JAN 13TH @ 12PM
All the benefits of a traditional yoga class... but with puppies! In this special class we'll use postures and poses to strengthen our muscles, improve breathing, flexibility and balance, all while adorable puppies roam around the room.
