COMPLIMENTARY WELLNESS CLASSES
BY URBANCORE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SCOTIA PLAZA
Join us each Tuesday & Thursday at noon for a complimentary wellness class! Each class will be 50 minutes and held both live and virtually. Live classes will be held on the concourse level and participants will need to meet at the concierge for 11:45am. Yoga Jam & Mobility
MONDAY, FEB 3RD @ 12PM
In this session you will release tension in the body safely through active stretches and mobility specific moves that target joints & postural issues. This movement flow, led by Lily Eslahjou, will leave you feeling renewed inside and out. Developed through over two decades of experience, Lily’s sessions combine yoga specific poses with mobility and strength based movements and include modifications to suit all levels. HARD CORE
TUESDAY, FEB 4TH @ 12PM
This class will focus on strengthening your core muscles though a series of compound movements. The goal is to improve not only your core strength but your balance, foundation, mobility and endurance as well.

SOCA SWEAT
TUESDAY, FEB 11TH @ 12PM
This high-energy class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, set to the infectious rhythms of Soca and Caribbean music. In honour of Black History Month, join us for a fun and dynamic workout that tones, sculpts, and celebrates the vibrant Caribbean culture.

This class focuses on techniques for resting, relaxing, and clearing the mind. Stretching reduces the risk of stress, strain, and injury while promoting the flow of blood and oxygen to our muscles and brain.

Learn practical and effective self-defence moves combined with cardio conditioning, strength training, and flexibility exercises. Build your stamina and master appropriate reflexive responses to potentially threatening situations.
