TENANT AMENITY LOUNGE

Where is SixtyEight located?

SixtyEight is located on the 68th floor of 40 King Street West.

The 68th floor can be accessed via the high-rise passenger elevators on ground level.

The tenant amenity area is open Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. SixtyEight can be booked for private events after-hours and on weekends. 

Tenants open the door by scanning a valid Scotia Plaza building access card. Guests open the doors by scanning a QR code that you provide to them in advance.

Please submit a request to the designated facility manager at your company. The facility manager will submit the request to our Building Services Center

Yes, coat check is provided by the Concierge.

Yes, photos are permitted; however, please avoid photographing other users of the space to maintain privacy.

Tenant Amenity Boardrooms

Is the lounge only accessible to tenants at Scotia Plaza?

Yes,  the lounge is an amenity exclusive to Scotia Plaza tenants during operating hours, unless it has been booked for a private event. The lounge will be reserved for private events after-hours and on weekends.

No,  tenants of Scotia Plaza can access the lounge free of charge.

Yes, you may invite guests but you are limited to three guests at a time. Guests will require a QR code which you provide in advance.

You can issue up to three QR codes for three guests at a time for the lounge. This limit helps manage capacity. It does not apply to boardroom or event space bookings, which have their own capacity limits.

Submit a request to the designated facility manager at your company. The facility manager will have access to the platform where QR codes are generated and issued.

Yes,  the lounge supports cell phones and laptops. It is a shared space meant for collaboration, so please be mindful of your surroundings, use headphones, and avoid disturbing others.

No, however the bookable boardrooms are designed for large meetings. The seating in the lounge is suitable for groups of up to four people at a time.

Yes,   alcohol is served from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. BYOB is not permitted. 

Yes, grab-and-go food and beverage options are provided by O&B at the café/bar area: coffee, pastries and light fare by day, followed by cocktails and snacks in the afternoon/evening.

No, outside food and beverages are not permitted anywhere in SixtyEight. For boardrooms and events, please contact O&B at events@oliverbonacini.com or call 416‑364‑1211 for catering.

Are the boardrooms only accessible to tenants at Scotia Plaza?

Yes — boardrooms can be reserved exclusively by Scotia Plaza tenants during operating hours. Boardrooms are available for private events after-hours and on weekends.

Yes, each boardroom has a different price based on size. Contact Concierge at corporateconcierge@scotiaplaza.com for details.

There are six boardrooms ranging in size from 4 people to 20 people in flexible configurations.

Yes, boardrooms must be booked in advance. Contact Concierge at corporateconcierge@scotiaplaza.com for bookings.

Yes, each boardroom is equipped with Wi‑Fi and a TV.

Yes, catering and alcohol service for a boardroom booking can be arranged in advance through O&B when making the booking.

Event Space — Cirrus Ballroom

Is the event space open to the public?

Yes, the Cirrus ballroom event space is open to both tenants and the public.

The ballroom has a capacity of 200 guests seated and 250 for a reception. The ballroom can be divided into two smaller rooms.
