An exciting New Dining experience

VICTORIA DAY
MONDAY, MAY 19TH
The Scotia Plaza Management Office will be closed for the Victoria Day holiday on Monday, May 19, 2025.
All elevators will be operating on security access mode, therefore access cards will be required to obtain elevator access.
Please note the Building Services Centre is open 24 hours a day and will remain open during the holiday. Please contact 416-947-7664 to submit a request.

COMPLIMENTARY WELLNESS CLASSES
BY URBANCORE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SCOTIA PLAZA
Join us each Tuesday & Thursday at noon for a complimentary wellness class! Each class will be 50 minutes and held both live and virtually. Live classes will be held on the concourse level and participants will need to meet at the concierge for 11:45am. TANK TOP ARMS
THURSDAY, MAY 1ST @ 12PM
This upper-body sculpting class tones your arms, shoulders, chest, and back with a mix of resistance training, bodyweight moves, and light cardio — just in time for tank top season!


RUN CLUB

This 8 week program will teach you the tips and tricks to progress from walk/run intervals to running your first 5k. Suitable for all fitness levels, we’ll cover strength and mobility warm-ups & cool-downs, walk-to-run transitions, and appropriate stretches.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 7TH @ 12PM
This movement session led by Lily Eslahjou delivers a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and mobility (functional range conditioning), that help release tension, achieve range of motion and strength. Lily has over two decades of experience, her classes will leave you feeling renewed inside and out. Sessions are suited to all levels.


PILATES
THURSDAY, MAY 8TH @ 12PM
This low-impact workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. Through controlled movements you'll engage your muscles, improve posture, and enhance body awareness.
